Our intake process is for anybody who feels they are in need of integrated healthcare services with a focus on behavioral health. Here is what you need to get started:
Step 1: The intake process starts with a walk-in service for a brief screening interview to see what the next step should be for your integrated healthcare needs. The screenings occur Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to Noon at our Downtown location.
Step 2: After the intake screening, a patient may be given an appointment for an assessment. The assessment process takes between 90 minutes to 2 hours. This is where a series of diagnostic questions are asked to develop a report to form a diagnosis to justify treatment.
Step 3: Following the assessment you will be linked to an appropriate level of care, which could be a counselor, psychiatrist, case manager, primary care doctor, dentist or a vocational services representative with Southeast Healthcare.
